We want undergraduates, graduates, teachers, and subject matter expertsWhy Tutor with Tutor Doctor?Competitive: hourly wage: $22-$26/hourFlexible: select your students and build your own scheduleEasy: Clients pre-pay directly to Tutor DoctorSupport: Resources and support readily available to assist tutors as neededSafe: Student academic background and family profile providedReferences provided for graduate programs (medical school, law school, PhD, etc.)We serve students mainly in the North Toronto area – Vaughan, Woodbridge, Maple, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham, Scarborough, North York, ConcordAs a Tutor, you can be relied upon to:Travel to students' homes (pre-screened)Schedule consistent weekly tutoring appointments with students or their parentsQualificationsAs a Tutor Doctor French Immersion Tutor, you are someone who has/is:Enrolled in or graduated post-secondary schoolAbility to teach Elementary level French (Tutors are not required to be bilingual as high school level fluency is sufficient)Ability to teach High school level French (Tutors would benefit from being bilingual in teaching at this level)Access to a vehicle, and able to travel to Woodbridge areaAbility to tutor other subjects such as other Languages, Math, or Science is a bonusIf this sounds like you and are keen on empowering students to do their best, please applyRequirements:Availability between 4PM-9PM on weeknights and weekends, as these are generally the times requested by clientsOpen to completing a criminal background check, if not already completedWe thank all applicants for their interest, however due to the volume of applications received, only those who are selected will be contacted.
