Your growth is company's priorityResponsibilities- Provide accurate, empathetic, and professional responses to members via phone and email.- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.- Navigate multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously to find the solutions our members need.- Uphold the highest level of customer service in every interaction, ensuring members feel heard and supported.Qualifications- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).- A true passion for customer service (previous call center or customer service experience is required).- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask like a pro (e.g., handling multiple screens and systems at once).- Top-notch problem-solving skills; you love digging in to find the right answer.- The ability to remain calm and professional, even under pressure.- A High School Diploma (or equivalent).- You must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.- Any managerial or team leader experience, particularly in banking or finance, is a significant asset.
