Our upcoming project portfolio includes:Customer Data and LoyaltyBoutique and Omni Capabilities Digital Commerce Product Supply Chain Visibility Workforce Scheduling Food and Beverage THE JOBAs the Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager, Technology, you will:Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvement of large scale technology projects that directly contribute to Aritzia’s strategic growth initiativesOrchestrate internal and external multi-disciplinary teams and technology resources through critical dependencies and timelinesLead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilitiesContinually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project successPartner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and changeTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager, Technology has:Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Project ManagementA commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesThe ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the teamA dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add valueA deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operateTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
