One of Stellar's major clients is searching for a senior-level Project Manager The successful candidate for this critical role will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the replacement of key software systems. You will lead a team of internal and external resources, manage stakeholders, and drive the success of the project from planning to completion. Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and manage activities of internal and external resources including Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and other contractors to meet project objectivesDevelop and manage the project governance structure, including steering and technical committees, to ensure alignment and decision-making throughout the Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to minimize project impactManage project scope, schedule, and budget to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring quality deliverables while maintaining financial controlOversee procurement activities, including RFPs and contracts, and manage vendor performance to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with contractual agreementsPrepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders, manage project documentation including business cases, project plans, change requests, and closeout reports to ensure comprehensive project trackingQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field10+ years of full-cycle technology project management, particularly in SDLC projects, software replacements, cloud-based systems, and vendor managementDemonstrated experience managing large-scale technology projects in the transportation, SaaS, or managed services sectors, with a focus on system integrations and migrationsProven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and successfully negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure project successStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present to senior managementKnowledge of web and user interface design principles, system integration methodologies, data management, and best practices for managing cloud-based systems and SaaS environmentsPay Rate: $95-105/hour Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
