If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.About the role:We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Copywriter to join our marketing team and help bring the Financeit brand to life through powerful, clear, and engaging content.In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and sales teams to craft copy that connects — whether it’s a headline for an ad, a partner email, a landing page, or a customer story. You’ll help shape the voice of Financeit across every touchpoint and make sure our messaging is consistent, compelling, and human.If you’re passionate about turning complex ideas into clear, conversational copy that drives action, we’d love to meet you.What you'll do: Marketing & Campaign CopyWrite engaging copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns — including emails, ads, landing pages, videos, social, and some long-form content.Support marketing initiatives with clear, conversion-focused messaging.Collaborate with designers and campaign owners to ensure visuals and copy work hand-in-hand.Brand & StorytellingEvolve and maintain the distinctive Financeit brand voice while developing strategic thought leadership content to reinforce the company's position as an industry leader.Drive impactful storytelling efforts by writing engaging content, including customer and partner success stories, compelling case studies, and supporting key internal communication initiatives.Sales & Enablement SupportDevelop concise, persuasive copy for sales enablement tools, presentations, and partner materials.Ensure that messaging aligns with key business goals and resonates with specific audiences (dealers, enterprise partners, and consumers).Quality, Consistency & CollaborationProofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy.Contribute ideas in brainstorms and creative reviews — you’ll have a voice in shaping the work.Requirements2+ years of professional writing experience — ideally b2b and in marketing, advertising, or content creation.A portfolio that shows your range — from short-form ad copy to longer-form storytelling.Strong understanding of tone, voice, and audience — you can switch gears between professional, conversational, and promotional.Experience writing for digital channels (email, social, web, paid media).Exceptional attention to detail and a love for clean, clear writing.A collaborative spirit and curiosity about how your words drive business results.BenefitsWinner of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, twice.
