Job Overview: We are seeking a Level 3 Windows System Administrator to join our team and provide support for our clients' Windows-based systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows-based infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based systems and infrastructure for clientsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows systems and applicationsMonitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performanceImplement and maintain security protocols to protect systems and dataCreate and maintain documentation for systems and processesCollaborate with other team members to provide support and resolve issuesKeep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Windows systems administrationProvide on-call support as needed for critical issuesCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutionsParticipate in project planning and implementation for new systems and upgradesTrain and mentor junior system administrators as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Windows system administrationStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group PolicyExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VExperience with cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS, is a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentRelevant certifications, such as MCSE, are preferred Why Work for Sebenza LLC?
