Production Associate (Cylinder Processor)-25002390DescriptionLinde Gas & Equipment IncProduction Associate (Cylinder Processor)Location: Cahokia, IL Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to join our team This role will fill, label, and prepare gas cylinders, and operate a cryogenic liquid filling system while prioritizing safety and attention to detail.What we offer youCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefit plan (medical, dental, vision and more)401(k) retirement savings planPaid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO)Employee discount programsCareer growth opportunitiesAdditional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational levelPay rate: hourlyWhat you will be doing (3rd shift):Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and proceduresConduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before fillingChecks for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary productLoads and unloads product from weekly shuttle truckOperates and maintains cylinder scales and associated equipmentPrepares warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and products filled in order to justify the stock inventoryCompletes and maintains quality control documentation as per company and Governmental proceduresOperates a forklift truck and other plant vehiclesOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat makes you great:High school diploma or class="MsoNormal" style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);line-height:normal;">Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 75 poundsAvailability to work overtime1+ yr. experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferredEffective organizational, listening, and communication skillsUpholds high standards of honesty and integrityDemonstrates personal ownership for safety and actively contributes to a strong safety cultureContributes to a positive work environment where differences are valued and supportedStrives for personal achievement and helps others attain resultsEnsures accountability through collaboration and interpersonal skillsWhy you will enjoy working with usLinde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.Linde Gas & Equipment Inc.
