Jr. Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Accounts Receivable (A/R) team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the billing system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and resolving any discrepancies or customer inquiries in a timely manner.Key responsibilities include monitoring and following up on overdue accounts, reviewing and releasing open sales orders, and supporting various accounting functions as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in support of the company’s financial operations.Responsibilities:Invoice Filing Provide general administrative assistance to the A/R Team Prepare Shipment Release Approvals Research Company Financials Apply Payments in Internal Billing SystemPrepare Pro-Forma and specialized invoices Other duties as requiredQualifications:Diploma in accounting/business administrative programPrevious experience in a similar position is an assetKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with AS400 would be an asset but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skillsWhat we offer:Employer funded benefits programCompetitive total compensation packageWork-life balanceEmployee Assistance planEmployee Discount PlatformCareer progressionCasual work environmentSocial events and sports teams
