Job DescriptionPrepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across CanadaAssist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in CanadaSupport Associate Directors in business development and proposal creationIdentify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systemsManage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projectsLead client and consultant interactions, ensuring project accountability and effective financial managementOversee post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and monthly cost reportQualifications4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate)A recognized university degree in Construction or a related fieldMembership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS, CIQS, AACEI).Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP)Additional InformationWhat's in it for you... 100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services) Health spending account, to top up expenses not covered in the benefits program RRSP option with company matching Annual learning and development budget Access to a range of online learning tools, and support for career development and growth Coverage of one professional membership or license fee per year, if directly related to your roleComprehensive package of Vacation days, flex days and sick days. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
