This role will report to the Creative Director.

You will be collaborating with a talented global and local team, while also enjoying the autonomy and comfort of remote work.

What You'll Do:

You'll produce a wide variety of projects to meet our brand standards, including: 

PowerPoint Presentations: Create visually engaging, on-brand slide decks for internal and external audiences.Email Graphics: Design compelling graphics for email campaigns, ensuring they enhance readability and click-through rates.Advertisements: Develop print and digital ads for various campaigns and platforms.Trade Show Displays and Banners: Design eye-catching booth graphics, banners, and backdrops to make our presence stand out.Icons: Create custom icons to represent complex concepts in a clean, simple, and effective manner.Brochures and Print Materials: Use InDesign to craft polished brochures, flyers, and other print collateral.Photo Editing and Graphics: Edit and enhance images using Photoshop for a variety of uses, including website, social media, and print.Illustrations and Vectors: Utilize Illustrator to create vector graphics, illustrations, and detailed artwork.Video Content: Edit short-form video content and animations using Premiere Pro for social media, events, and web use.Social Media Assets: Design engaging visuals optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.Website Graphics: Provide images and graphics that align with the company's digital strategy.Packaging and Stickers: Design packaging elements and branded stickers that add value and visibility to our products.

Who You Are:

You're a strategic thinker with a knack for creative excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in graphic design, preferably within an in-house team or creative agency environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Experience with PowerPoint and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Creativity: Strong ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visuals that resonate with target audiences. Ability to act as art director for external design resources.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in crafting pixel-perfect designs and reviewing your own work before delivery.Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with marketing, product and other teams to align designs with business objectives.
