Sales & Administrative CoordinatorLocation: Burlington, ON (On-site)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pmCompensation: $45,000–$50,000 annuallyAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support daily sales operations, customer communication, and internal administrative tasks. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, solid tenure in previous roles, and experience within steel, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Key Responsibilities•Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to incoming emails.• Support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and maintaining price sheets.• Process customer orders using the internal ERP system and assist with invoicing and documentation (test reports, customs paperwork, etc.).• Track daily activities and submit recaps outlining customer interactions, order updates, and follow-ups.• Use Excel and internal ERP tools for reporting, tracking, and order management.Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles.• Experience in steel, manufacturing, or industrial settings preferred.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Proven ability to manage high email volume and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience is an asset.• Ability to work on-site full time.• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.This is currently for an active job posting.
