We design each users job search strategy, help them stand out, and connect them only with roles that truly fit.Our vision: careers built with intention, not luck.Our mission: become the go-to platform for remote talent worldwide.The OpportunityWere looking for a Head of Product who can take ownership of the full product lifecycle and help scale Jobgethers AI-driven coaching and matching experience.Youll shape the roadmap, work closely with engineering, data, and design, and make sure we build a product that users trust and come back to.This role requires someone who is comfortable with fast iteration, clear prioritization, and hands-on product work.What Youll LeadProduct strategy and roadmapDefine and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with user needs and business priorities.Turn high-level ideas into simple, testable product steps.Ensure we ship quickly while keeping quality high.User insights and analyticsOwn Mixpanel: dashboards, funnels, retention, activation, and user behavior analysis.Use data to refine decisions, identify friction points, and guide the roadmap.Drive a culture of measurable outcomes and continuous learning.Execution with engineering and designWork closely with the CEO, CTO, and a small engineering team.Write clear specs, manage sprints, and ensure smooth delivery.Keep cross-team communication simple and focused.Product quality and experienceMake sure the user journey is coherent across web, mobile, and email touchpoints.Improve onboarding, recommendations, job matching flows, and our coaching tools.Maintain consistency in voice, UX, and product structure.What You BringExperience leading product in a B2C/B2B SaaS or marketplace.Strong Mixpanel expertise (product analytics): funnels, events, retention, dashboarding, segmentation.Ability to turn complex problems into clear, simple solutions.Comfortable working in a small team with quick cycles and limited resources.Strong communication, prioritization, and product judgment.Understanding of growth, UX, and data.Fluent in English.Experience building AI or recommendation-based products is a plus.What We OfferFull ownership of the product function.Close collaboration with the CEO and CTO.Remote-first environment.Competitive package with equity.How to ApplyIf you want to shape a product used by thousands of remote job seekers and help us build the most trusted platform for flexible work, wed like to hear from you.Share your background and one product improvement youd implement in your first month.Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.When you apply, your profile goes through our AI-powered screening process designed to identify top talent efficiently and fairly.
