Overview Job Skills / Requirements Position: | Branch Mobile Team Lead - Full Time Site: | Branch Patrol - 1479 John Counter Blvd, Unit 105Hours: | Continental Rotational - 2000-0800Payrate: | $19.00/hourOvertime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hoursBenefits of joining Paladin:Opportunities for training and professional developmentCompetitive Salary and benefits packageFree UniformsSecurity License reimbursementDry cleaning & hemming/tailoring allowanceWork today, get paid today—daily pay availableAdditional perksJob Responsibilities:Remain alert, observant, and professional while standing, walking, or working outdoors in all weather conditions.Maintain clear communication with security staff, dispatch, clients, and management.Work independently and follow established security procedures and policies.Complete mobile patrols, document incidents, and investigate complaints diligently.Report safety hazards, vehicle deficiencies, and site concerns promptly, taking corrective action when required.Enforce company policies and regulations with courtesy and professionalism.Respond immediately to emergencies and coordinate according to established procedures.Ensure duties comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.Perform additional duties as required.Job Requirements:Ability to work alone and be self-motivatedValid Ontario Security LicenseValid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)Proof of two COVID-19 vaccinations25 years of age or olderImmunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Tuberculosis Skin Tests Step 1 & 2)How to get hired in Healthcarehttps://paladinsecurity.com//wp-content/uploads/2023/07/How-to-get-immunization-records-Paladin.pdfImmunization Record FormImmunization-Record-Ontario-Paladin.pdfCompleted immunization for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella are required at the time of hire. Applicants who are not immunized or are otherwise unable to provide their MMR-V immunity at the time of hire will not be deemed eligible for the position.G level driver's licensing, with a clean driver's abstract (3 years)Minimum 1 year of security experience requiredExperience in Mobile or commercial security will be preferredEnglish fluency (written and oral) requiredMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the positionPlease be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availabilityAttend 6 days of blended (virtual/in-class) pre-employment training at the Kingston Branch officeAuthorized to legally work in Canada Certification Requirements (All) Valid Security Licence First Aid, CPR Level C Valid G Licence
