Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Power Platform Team Lead (Bilingual) . You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Integration Services. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and integrate solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

This is an in office position based from our MNP location in Montreal.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages and Copilot Studio. Design and implement Azure Integration Services to connect various data sources and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. Ensure best practices are followed in security, governance, and data integrity. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Stay current with the latest updates and features in Power Platform and Azure services. Demonstrating a firm understanding of Power Platforms Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in Power Platform and Azure services are preferred. Must have fluency in written and spoken communication in French (Bilingual) Proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, Copilot Studio). Strong experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork
