Job DescriptionReporting to the Clinical Services Manager and in collaboration with the Program Coordinator, Clinical Lead and Professional Practice Leader, and as a member of the Outpatient Rehabilitation team, the physiotherapist will provide quality physiotherapy services within a client-centered framework to all MSK outpatient rehabilitative services (i.e.  Post-surgical - acute, sub-acute orthopedic/surgical patients, fracture clinic, bundle care (knees, hips, shoulders, etc.), WSIB, WSIB specialized care program, Neuro department, etc.Accountabilities:Work with the patients/families and other team members to assess and treat patients, optimizing independence and recoveryProvide education and consultation to patients, their families, team members and community partners as appropriatePractice in accordance with the physiotherapy standards of practice and code of ethics as outlined by the College of Physiotherapists of OntarioQualificationsMSc Physiotherapy or equivalentRegistered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of OntarioRecent experience providing physiotherapy in an ambulatory care settingExperience with assessment and treatment of patients post total knee/hip replacement requiredExperience with assessment and treatment of orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, WSIB populationExperience supervising physiotherapy assistantsKnowledge of evidence-based clinical practice related to surgical patientsDemonstrated leadership ability within a multi-disciplinary teamDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional patient care teamDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with excellent time management and organizational skills requiredExperience with virtual careComputer literacyStrong abilities to prioritize patient caseload to meet the needs of the referral volumes in a busy acute care settingFlexibility in caseload and program assignmentStrong computer skills to support necessary documentation requirement for all patient groupsExperience in provision of relief coverage during planned and unplanned vacation/absencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills requiredProven record of good attendance and punctualityMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation andWill be required to travel between and work at all hospital campuses, including weekend coverageMay be required to travel between and work at all Osler SitesMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, InnovationAdditional InformationHours: Currently Days/Evenings (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)Salary: Minimum: $42.56 per hour Maximum: $55.89 per hourApplication deadline: February 13, 2026#TFT#LI-HT1Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
