In this role, you will collaborate across departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data that informs key business initiatives and improves organizational performance. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop analytical skills and understand how business insights drive value.What you will be doingSupport the development of business performance reports and dashboardsGather and analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvementAssist in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communications for data-related projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide insights that support business decisionsContribute to internal presentations and reports by visualizing data clearly and effectivelyTrack project milestones and support coordination of data initiativesWhat we are looking forCurrently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficient in Excel; familiarity with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCurious, adaptable, and eager to gain experience in business analysis and data storytellingLocation : Current location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026The hiring base salary for this position is $38,800 - $58,200 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
