This is a seasonal role starting in November/December, with full-time or part-time hours based on your availability and business needs. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Sales Associate/Photographer, you will continue to build your career as you help to create the magic behind the scenes and lead the team to success at your location.  Our Shift Lead Will Also Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home Photography experience not required Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers Operate POS system and photography equipment Maintain a safe and clean working environment All other tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who can work independently Good interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling Knowledge, Experience & Skill Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required At least 18 years of age Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time What Else Can You Expect A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment Career advancement opportunities Flexible schedule Referral program Free photos for friends and family We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime.
