Mathnasium of South Surrey is hiring a Centre Director to manage the learning centre.The Centre Director oversees all aspects of managing the centre includingDriving new business/ salesProviding the best quality service to the currently enrolled families through excellent customer experience management and parent communicationInstructional leadership through ensuring student successEffective administration and staff managementAn ideal candidate for this position has impeccable customer management, sales and communication skills, loves working with kids, and has strong math acumen. Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centerMarket the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsAdminister student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plansProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressScreen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personallyMonitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student successBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentQualifications:Experience in sales and new business development, preferably in hospitability or retail industryPrevious leadership experience managing / supervising teams Experience in Customer service management an asset Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedProficiency in computer skillsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in education, math, or related fieldExperience working with students will be an assetAdditional Responsibilities:In addition to conducting all the tasks and maintaining all the competencies of the center director position, Center Directors are required to have knowledge and be competent on all the tasks and competencies of the Instructor, Lead Instructor, and Assistant Center Director positions as well.
