Head Cashier

To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at .Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.• Provide Legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.• Lead a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency.• Completion of daily reports, cash ups and other administrative tasks.• Be present on floor to assist with customer questions, complaints, and comments.• Understand all areas of store operations and supervise the team in their daily duties.• Procurement, receiving and merchandising of product with focus on customer- friendly presentation.• Work with management to improve store efficiency.• Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.• Perform all other Duties as assigned.• Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.Why It Matters:Our Lake Country Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support our 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities.
