What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior UnderwriterOur Senior Underwriters provide complete solutions for our commercial mid-market businesses. They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.This position is with our Health, Education, Social Services, and Senior Care (HESS) division. Experience in commercial lines underwriting in these industries would be considered an asset.While Senior Underwriters are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. The base salary range for this role is $80,000- $110,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package.
