The Senior Director will function in a technologically advanced,dynamicand complex global investment environment.BCI is on an innovation journey, thisa great opportunityfor a senior leader who embraces this and can instill this approach within their team and take them to the next level.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Finance department is part of BCI Operations andis responsible forinvestment and corporate accounting, valuations, as well as financial statements and financial reporting to our clients.Financial Reporting & Valuations is made up of two teams, Financial Reporting and Valuations who combinedare responsible forthe daily price verification for Fixed Income and Public Equity securities as well as the quarterly and year-end valuation processes for BCI’s private market investment portfolio, including Private Equity, Infrastructure & Renewable Resources, and Private Credit. $230,000.BCI offers a competitive total rewards package, including a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off. We pay our people competitively in the markets in which we operate and with consideration for internal equity and job structure. The base salary will consider factors such as the individual's skill set, experience, and internal equity. We aim for actual pay to be around the market median for expected performance and the upper quartile for excellent performance.
