This full-time, on-site role (34 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.Compensation:$25 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:What You’ll DoReview and validate backend data entry related to credit card rates, fees, and merchant account configurationsAdhere to PCI compliance standards and data security best practices when handling sensitive informationMaintain detailed QA documentation, reports, and audit trailsPerform regular audits and quality checks on newly entered and existing merchant dataImplement corrections and updates in accordance with card network rules, processor requirements, and internal policiesCollaborate with underwriting and support teams to resolve data-related issues efficientlyQualifications:What We’re Looking ForMicrosoft Word/ Excel proficiencyKnowledge of payment processing industry is a strong assetComfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesAbility to document and track data entry errors through resolutionExperience in QA with internal CRMSExcellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
