We believe in promoting from within, respecting people and their differences, providing high quality service and always having fun If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you Job Skills / Requirements Job Duties Assists in the development of short term and longer-range goals and objectives, ensuring that such plans support the goals, policies and vision of Paladin Security GroupDevelops implements, maintains and evaluates the security programs for Paladin’s contracts Oversees and schedule the appropriate resources to ensure all of the company’s contractual obligations are met Takes ownership of staff and client issues and supports the timely response to both groups Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the clients in the portfolio Performs interviews to support Human Resources to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the company’s contractual obligations.Administer progressive discipline in accordance with company policy and collective agreements, ensuring consistency, fairness, and proper documentation. Conduct fact-finding meetings and workplace investigations, including meeting with employees, union representatives, and other relevant parties. Prepare clear, accurate, and timely documentation related to performance management, discipline, grievances, investigations, and other labour-relations matters Consult with the Labour Relations team on complex employee issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, and interpretation of collective agreement provisions.Ensures there are thorough site training and employee orientations programs in place at all sites within the portfolioVisits with clients and the staff assigned to the sites regularly and ensure the needs of both the client and staff are metMonitors all accounts receivable of clients within the portfolio and assists accounting when needed to ensure all accounts are kept up to date Requirements:Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externallyStrong leadership, organization, and facilitation skillsStrategic thinking Excellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong customer service and multi-tasking skillsCreative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeedAbility to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocationProficiency in Computer Usage, with an ability to learn Paladin's enterprise softwareExperience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision would be considered an assetBe willing to work flexible hours & being available for on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hoursWhy choose Paladin?Opportunities for training and professional development.Competitive wage and benefits package.Paid vacation Additional perks Education Requirements (All) College/University Education Certification Requirements (All) Valid G Licence
