monitoring OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and industrial control systems. Technical support: Provide first-level support for OT applications, hardware, and connectivity issues. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve incidents related to OT systems, escalating when necessary. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, IT staff, and operations teams to ensure system reliability. Cybersecurity awareness: Support initiatives to strengthen OT security, including OS hardening, patching and vulnerability management. Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance processes, tools, and system performance. NERC CIP Compliance Tasks Access management: Assist with maintaining and auditing user access to OT systems in line with CIP- requirements. Change management: Document and track system changes to ensure compliance with CIP-
