Summary: A hospitality supervisor oversees daily front-of-house or service operations to ensure high standards of guest experience. They supervise, train, and schedule staff while ensuring policies, safety, and service procedures are followed. The role includes handling guest concerns, coordinating with other departments, and supporting management with reporting and operational needs. Responsibilities: Under the Direction of the Hospitality Manager: Supervise daily hospitality operations and ensure high standards of customer serviceLead, train, schedule, and support staff to meet operational needsAddress guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and company policiesAssist management with reporting, inventory, and operational coordination Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a supervisory roleStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of health and safety standards in a hospitality environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset) Working Conditions: Some travel may be requiredAbility to attend and conduct presentationsAbility to lift 50 lbs requiredManual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
