In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and operationalize advanced AI solutions across a wide spectrum of technologies—including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.You will take a leading role in architecting and implementing modern AI capabilities using tools such as Azure Content Understanding, LangChain, and LangGraph. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions that support real-world workflows, automation, and decision-making. This is a role with high expectations, significant visibility, and the opportunity to shape AI strategy and engineering excellence across the organization.This role is ideal for problem-solvers who enjoy tackling complex challenges and delivering high-impact, production-ready AI systems.HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:Participate in the design of software solutions based on identified needs of the business unit and collaborate with the architecture team to ensure suitable design, patterns, and tools are used.Develop software solutions to resolve business problems according to provided specifications independently or as part of a team of developers.Develop automated unit test suites to test software changes and to ensure they fulfill requirements provided.
