About the Role As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing service schedules, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our customers and drivers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to company standards. This role is perfect for someone who quickly understands business operations, is obsessive about customer service, and can keep track of all of the details. Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch drivers for deliveries, services, and pickups. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to address service needs, delays, or changes. Monitor routes and ensure timely completion of daily assignments. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Maintain accurate service records and dispatch documentation. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly. Support drivers with problem-solving and provide updates as needed. Work with urgency to meet the demands of a high-paced environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related role preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Proven ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly. Proficiency with dispatching or scheduling software is an asset. Team-oriented with a proactive, “type-A” personality who thrives in a high-pressure environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
