La portée de ce poste comprend l’exécution d’ordonnances, l’étiquetage de médicaments, les appels aux patients, et la gestion des communications entrantes dans la boîte de réception de la pharmacie.La portée de vos responsabilités Emballer les produits pharmaceutiques selon les protocoles saisonniers;Travailler avec les logiciels d’expédition de chaque fournisseur afin de créer des bordereaux d’envoi pour les emplacements précis;· Vérifier que les livraisons sont envoyées au bon emplacement selon les délais de livraison prévus;Aider avec les activités liées à délivrance de médicaments, comme l’exécution des ordonnances et l’étiquetage des médicaments;Aider avec les activités liées à l’inventaire, comme la réception des commandes et le dénombrement hebdomadaire du stock;Résoudre les problèmes de paiement ou de couverture pour médicaments avec les payeurs, y compris les compagnies d’assurance, les programmes de soutien aux patients et les patients;Expérience de travail avec le logiciel Kroll;Travailler avec des données financières, y compris la saisie de données dans le logiciel informatique, la préparation de factures et le maintien des créances des patients;Répondre aux communications en provenance de divers intervenants, y compris surveiller les comptes de courriel et répondre au téléphone;Surveiller de façon diligente et proactive les demandes de règlement ayant des problèmes, et les régler avant la date de la dose du patient.L’expérience que vous apportez à l’équipeAvoir un diplôme d’études secondaires (ou l’équivalent);Avoir une expérience minimale d’un an dans un poste semblable.
