Job DescriptionTo work as a Principal Consultant within the delivery team leading a variety of Asset Management business transformation projects covering consultancy, training and Asset Management assessments for physical asset intensive organizations.Manage key client accounts and identify new business opportunities.Lead and deliver complex Asset Management projects and programs.Facilitate workshops, prepare reports, and present findings.Develop service offerings, proposals, and bid activities.Guide and support the team on Asset Management initiatives.Oversee commercial arrangements, invoicing, and project delivery.Advise clients on Asset Management standards (e.g., ISO 55001).Travel across Canada (1–2 times per month)QualificationsExperience/Education:+ 8 years of relevant experienceRecognized university degreeAsset Management qualifications from the IAM/SMRP and/or chartered status from a relevant professional bodyHas the Asset Management knowledge and experience to consult with clients in the development of their Asset Management capabilities including the relevant aspects of change, risk and value management.Working in an infrastructure Asset Management organisation and expert knowledge of the phases of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers e.g. asset information & asset risk.Additional Information100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services) Health spending account, to top up expenses not covered in the benefits program RRSP option with company matching Annual learning and development budget Access to a range of online learning tools, and support for career development and growthCoverage of one professional membership or license fee per year, if directly related to your roleWe believe in work-life balance, so you can recharge and take care of what matters most with vacation, flex and sick days A flexible, hybrid work approach that allows colleagues to find balance between their professional and personal lives Commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture that promotes a sense of belonging Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
