Your Opportunity:Utilize this temporary job opportunity to join a dynamic and skilled Diagnostic Imaging team at Chinook Regional Hospital, where you will play a key role in providing high-quality CT imaging services to support patient care across southern Alberta. As a CT Technologist, you will work in a fast-paced environment that serves inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients, contributing to timely and accurate diagnostic results. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and fellow technologists while operating advanced CT technology and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout every exam.Description: As a Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) II, you will perform specialized technical radiological imaging examinations on patients for the purpose of disease and pathology diagnosis. You may perform specialized diagnostic imaging procedures for Physician/Radiologist review, interpret physician requisitions and assist with the care and maintenance of imaging equipment. Required Qualifications: Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).Additional Required Qualifications: Clinical experience in the field of CT Scanning.Preferred Qualifications: CTIC Certification. Venipuncture. CVAD Authorization.
