This is an interview position.To assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery / pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder Ops (where applicable). Leads the sector as assigned ensuring best practices and effective operations and models the way for hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behaviour including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership ability (through Best Practices methods)REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESEducational RequirementsHigh school diploma/equivalentRelated Experience RequirementsMinimum number of years required for entry to this jobOne (1) year current Courier experienceOther specific mandatory experience requirements - (Preferred)Personal Development Stream of ExcelTechnical Skill RequirementsSolid knowledge of the following:Must possess a valid drivers licence and have a good driving record.Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training (including DG specialist certification).
