, Permanent Position: IT Support Technician Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our growing team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the Vancouver area. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Here are some of the main activities and tasks that User support technicians have to perform, and some of the physical demands they involve: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experiencedConsult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutionsReproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by usersProvide advice and training to users in response to identified difficultiesProvide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficultiesCollect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analystsParticipate in the redesign of applications and other softwareMay supervise other technical support workers in this group.
