What You’ll Do : Lead go-to-market strategies with the Partner and internal stakeholders to ensure success of new product capabilities are understood and are utilized across key segments and within the distribution network. Build-out merchant services governance framework and engagement roadmap (including ongoing training programs) in collaboration with all the stakeholders and the Partner. In collaboration with the Partner, internal stakeholders and based on market insights, develop, and deploy mass and targeted acquisition and switch offers to new and existing merchants. Present competitive intel and key insights in the current and adjacent markets with a focus on emerging industry trends, customer needs, key market markets, new segments and developing technologies. Creates an environment in which the Partner and internal stakeholders pursue effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations of operational risk, regulatory and compliance risk. Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviors; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and managing succession and development planning for the team. What You'll Bring: Degree / post graduate degree, preferably in business Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the merchant services and/or payment industry 5 - 10 years’ experience in people, stakeholder and vendor management.
