This is a full-time, project-based position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety. Responsibilities: Safely clean and sanitize rail cars in compliance with client and safety standards. Inspect rail cars for debris, damage, or safety concerns. Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies effectively. Ensure proper disposal of waste materials according to regulations. Maintain accurate cleaning and inspection records. Qualifications: Previous experience in industrial cleaning or related work. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Must have own reliable transportation to and from site. Valid safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in rail or transportation industries. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment: Outdoor and indoor environments with exposure to weather, dust, and cleaning chemicals. Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Physically demanding, including standing, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
