When it comes to guiding principles, safety is part of our DNA, we are committed to building and nurturing Indigenous relationships, we support our communities, and we recognize the importance of environmental stewardship. Our Ideal CandidateAs the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the leadership of a team of technologists conducting field and laboratory testing of aggregate, soils, concrete and/or asphalt. A Day in the LifeThe successful candidate will be responsible for communicating test results, both orally and written, and providing technical advice to both internal staff and external clients with regards to soils, concrete and aggregate issues. The individual will also review the procedures of our existing lab and provide support to ensure proper safety guidelines are met. You will also be responsible for performing and recording routine instrument maintenance and calibration of select equipment.Using your considerable organizational, communication and people skills, you will lead and work with cross discipline teams to ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules, budgets, and to high quality standards.
