They work closely with our Risk Services and Claims departments to get a holistic picture of each risk and make Underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.They are experts in their field and passionate about servicing our brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered, and broker meetings are regularly penned into their calendars.We want your talent If you are great at:UnderwritingExecuting renewal rates and exposure, retention, and rate adequacy guidelinesAnalyzing new business for risk profitabilityMonitoring trends and developments, identifying areas of concern regarding loss ratioBuilding relationshipsIf you have:3+ years of complex property and casualty Underwriting experienceCompleted, or pursuing your CIP designationStrong customer service backgroundExperience with package / multi-line underwritingExperience with cross border and layered business an assetTeam-first mentalityWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
