Location Name : Cité Rive Location City : Montréal Job Status : Permanent: Part Time Job Schedule : Day time Superior : Directeur de maintenance Hours per week : 25 Purpose of the position The Résidence Cité Rive is located on the banks of the Rivière des prairies, in the district of Rivière des prairies. This housing complex brings together 5 phases, distributed in 5 residential towers, for a total of 850 apartments.The maintenance worker is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior Be available to respond to emergencies Make service calls All other related tasks The ideal person has : Good judgment and priority management Good sense of organization Good physical ability Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions Team spirit Punctuality and reliability Required qualifications : Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) What will you be offered : Applicable government premium in effect Recognition program Salary according to the collective agreement in force Free parking Uniform provided Group insurance Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule Career Opportunity COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
