Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative / Patient Coordinator to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Downtown Moncton.Assisting with enrolling patients into programs while providing optimal, patient-first customer service. You will be the main point of contact for patients, clients, and other stakeholders. - 3 month contract, Temporary Opportunity Advantages- Located Downtown Moncton - $19-30/hr - Temporary employment - 3month contract- Work with a leading pharmaceutical companyResponsibilities- Acts as the primary point of contact for patients, physicians, and healthcare partners.- Manages high-volume inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional handling of both inbound and outbound correspondence.- Triages and escalates complex issues to specialized staff (nurses, physicians, or managers) when necessary.- Serves as a program expert, providing overviews and answering treatment-related questions.- Manages appointment logistics, including verifying schedules and checking clinic/nurse availability.- Resolves patient concerns to ensure satisfaction and treatment adherence.- Ensures all filing and documentation are submitted correctly to designated programs and prescribers.- Navigates patient management systems to input data and track resources.Qualifications- Previous experience in customer service and/or related clinical environment; working knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.- Ability to demonstrate good knowledge of computer software applications; Outlook, Word, and Excel.- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents using computer software.- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and team members.- Ability to think critically, multi-task and troubleshoot.- Maintain composure in high pressure situations, working well in high volume situations.- Capable of following an issue through to conclusion.- Strong active listening skills.- English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internaland external stakeholders.- Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role,location, and the needs of the organization.SummaryIf you feel like this position is a good match, please apply directly to the job posting or email jessica.bayuk@randstad.caRandstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
