Join a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving lives through quality care and continuous learning.As a Staff Clinician in our LifeSmart Services team, you will play a key role in supporting clients and families who want to learn more about neurodiversity. You’ll provide tailored coaching and counselling to help individuals understand their own experiences or those of their partner or children, build coping strategies, and access relevant tools and resources. What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct telephone-based clinical sessions with clients and family seeking support for neurodivergence (, ADHD, autism spectrum, learning differences). Deliver psychoeducational and resource-focused coaching to help clients manage their health and wellness. Provide support in at least two additional LifeSmart areas such as parenting, relationships, eldercare, pre-retirement planning, grief and loss, stress and burnout, or career planning. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care. Document clinical interactions and resource recommendations in alignment with organizational standards. What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in adult mental health intervention, with demonstrated experience supporting neurodivergent individuals or family. Valid registration with a recognized professional regulatory body. Expertise in solution-focused brief counselling and psychoeducation. Knowledge of neurodivergence, risk assessment, and EFAP services is an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French language skills are an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Interest in writing resource letters and developing tools for clients.
