If you take pride in protecting people and property, we want to meet youSchedule & PayHourly Rate: $17.50 hourSchedule: Weekdays and Weekends - OvernightsStatus: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesPatrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized accessEnforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalismRespond to emergencies, including intoxication, aggression, or medical incidentsProvide exceptional customer service to the publicCommunicate via two-way radio and write detailed reports on incidents and daily activityRequirementsAt least 19 years of ageMust have full MB Driver’s License and a clean drivers abstractMust have one year experience of driving in Canada  Must be bondable1-2 years of security experience (static sites)MOAB Certification — or willingness to complete company-sponsored training prior to onboardingFirst Aid & CPR Level C certification (CSA-approved provider)Comfortable with physical duties: standing, walking, sitting for extended periods.
