Help Customers Achieve Their Financial GoalsBecome a BMO Financial Planner and turn potential into performance with great earning possibilities.You will be part of a collaborative team and have access to a strong support network to achieve your full potential.Key Responsibilities:Provides financial and investment planning and advice to deliver a solution in the best interests of the customer.Determines client needs and provides solutions though the sales of managed products and services.Implements business development strategies to acquire new business.Engages customers to grow BMO's business by reaching out, generating appointments, and building new relationships within the community.Supports the achievement of sales and performance targets.Develops and implements a relationship management plan to meet the needs of clients.Requirements:Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Must meet the regulatory / governing body licensing and registration requirements of a Financial Planner in the province or territory of employment.Advanced working knowledge of financial industry.Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.Influence skills - In-depth.We Offer:A competitive salary range of $44,500.00 - $82,500.00 per year, plus upward commission potential.A comprehensive compensation package including performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
