Our ultimate goal is to optimise digital acquisition by improving the entire conversion tunnel.Your job Serve as an internal resource person for all initiatives related to search engine marketing (SEM). Supervise and optimise SEM activities carried out by the partner agency to ensure they are aligned with the company's objectives. Optimize acquisition performance by promoting effective synergy between SEO and SEM strategies. Provide strategic support to management, particularly in terms of digital performance and positioning. Keep an eye on best practises and the evolution of digital platforms. Innovate processes: Carry out tests, analyse trends and extract relevant insights to continuously improve our work methods. Your team You are part of a large team of 9 colleagues in the Digital sector and will report to the Senior Manager – Digital Acquisition. The Digital Acquisition team is part of the Digital Marketing team and the Digital Vice-President of National Bank. Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
