Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and currently looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking an experienced Production Shift Lead - Pallet Repair to supervise our client’s team. The shifts are Monday to Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm and 3:30pm - 12:00am. This position starts at $20/hr. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet productivity targets, we want to hear from you  Responsibilities:Train and supervise team members on shift.Identify any maintenance issues, order repairs and offer technical guidance.Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes ensuring standards are met.Document all repair activities to maintain accurate records.Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.Requirements:Strong leadership skills with excellent communication.Experience with operating machinery and pallet repair is preferred.Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE in an industrial setting.Computation of basic math skills.Working Conditions:Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection provided).Ability to lift, carry, and move pallets and materials weighing up to 85 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.Able to stand for long periods while completing repair tasks and transporting pallets.Regular use of power tools including repetitive operation of nail guns, hammers and saws.Requires strong visual attention to identify pallet defects and perform precise repair work.Must have steel toed footwear in good repair.Our client offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package with opportunities for growth and advancement.  Apply today if this job speaks to youPlease view www.eqstaffingsolutions.com to see all our job postings.
