It gives you no‑cost access to more than 5,000 exclusive deals and discounts across entertainment, travel and everyday shoppingWho are we?To put it simply, we’ve been around for over 30 years in Alberta and we have grown into a dynamic organization of nearly 900 professionals delivering complete building management solutions. Our projects span 80+ Alberta communities, We manage 18 million sq. ft. of property in 600+ buildings and provide tenant services in over 500 sites and we continually expand services (from caretaking and grounds to security and project management) to meet client needs.Explore more about us and watch the WHO WE ARE video: or visit our website Major Responsibilities Perform snow removal and landscaping duties such as shoveling, blowing, sweeping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep.Inspect building grounds regularly to make sure everything looks professional and meets contract and company standards.Plant, water, and maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and other greenery to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive.Help install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and other outdoor equipment.Watch for and report any safety hazards or damage that needs attention.Respond promptly to work requests or emergencies, especially during snow or storm events.Represent Edon positively when interacting with clients, tenants, and subcontractors.Work safely, show initiative, and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
