Audit Content Production and Deployment AnalystJob Description: We are looking for a sharp analytical thinker and communicator with experience in systems administration for content production and management. This person will join a team that is supporting the content upload and maintenance in the RWS Tridion docs system. In this interesting and diverse position, the content production analyst will play a key role as the conduit between our global Audit & Assurance business stakeholders and various subject matter teams as we publish and maintain content for a global user base. Working time needs to aligned with US EST hours 8:30am to 5pmIn Audit & Assurance Products & Solutions, we make an impact by providing content that is used in the execution of Audit & Assurance engagements around the globe.You will coordinate with our Global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content, which may be localized for each country around the world.Our contributions directly support those engagements and the continued transformation of our Global Audit & Assurance business.QualificationsRequired:Minimum 2 - 3 years of knowledge management experience, including gathering, writing, revising and releasing content or experience in performing quality reviews of XML based contentExperience and knowledge of DITA XML and how to author in DITA XML or other XML based formats including Oxygen.Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervisionAbility to productively manage and work within an onsite and a virtual teamStrong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Education and Experience:College degree (or equivalent) with two to three years of content management experiencePreferred:Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as Tridion Docs Spirit Omega is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
