X Ray Technologist

Invermere District Hospital (IDH) is seeking to expand its Medical Imaging team and has an opportunity for a Relief Part Time (0.82 FTE) Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray Tech)

This position will end upon the return of the incumbent. The shift types of this position are rotating Days and Evenings with the shift times being 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 11:00 to 19:00, 10:30 to 18:30. In addition, this position includes on call after 11:00-19:00 and weekend 10:30-18:30 shifts.

What Will You Work On?
We provide general x-ray exams to a large seasonal population with both a busy ER and outpatient patient workload. Part of our workload includes long term care clients. We are also responsible for outpatient Cardiac exams which includes ECG's and Holter Monitors. Clerical duties are included.
