Through our broad portfolio, we are truly a national brewer, with over 3,600 employees, a portfolio of more than 60 quality beers and beyond, and 10 breweries from coast-to-coast, we are proud to serve Canada and the communities we call home. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year accident free AZ licensed driving experience.Must provide recent CVOR and clean drivers abstract.Ability to drive Manual Transmissions is strongly preferred.Able to operate 53-foot quad axle trailers. Experience with B Trains is an asset. Capable of operating 13 speed Manual Transmission and capable of maintain legal driver’s Electronic Log (Geotab).Familiar with Ontario geography. Experience with heavy haul applications and material handling equipment and excellent customer service skills.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEngage in physical activities and manual labor as requested, including but not limited to : prolonged standing, walking, lifting pushing, twisting, pulling and bending.Lift object up to 80 lbs.Climb a ladder/stairs.Work on slippery floor.Lift object higher than the shoulders.Operate a motorized equipment.Exposure to vibrationAbility to wear all PPE as required: including safety shoes, glasses, bump cap, hearing protection (jewelry must be taken off)Able to work shift work (Day, afternoons, and midnights)**Please include copies of your CVOR and driver's abstract in your application.** BENEFITS Monthly beer allotment.Ability to max out driver hours every weekend with paid overtimeA unionized position with full time hours AND uniforms provided, including: pants, shirts, jackets, PPE and boots.Very consistent schedule (i.e. daily start/finish time).Activity based pay and a monthly/quarterly bonus.Full-time unionized positions with benefits available once probation period is complete, pending available spots in the union (Usually after 10-12 months of work).Pay increases after joining full-time unionized position (approximately 7.5% rate increase), as well more opportunities for growth that come with paid incentivesWHY LABATT:  As one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A Future With More Cheers.
