You will be the inside support specialist responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Core-Marks sales technology, programs, and DCMS-based maintenance. A successful candidate would possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task supporting the sales team members and Core-Marks wide variety of business solutions.Primary Responsibilities: Key functions would be gathering compiling and analyzing sales dataImplement pricing strategy and ongoing updates.Reporting on all sales related activity.Division Reply, CRM, BI-APP technology administration.Supporting the sales team organizational structure with DCMS ledger maintenance.Support invoicing and program-related implementation (billing, CDUs, DCMS program table management)Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. DCMS & ecportal (Tiva) experience preferred.Advanced skills in ExcelAbility to learn how to operate a hand-held inventory control device, calculators, and computer.Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Outlook.Ability to perform math calculations.Preferred Qualifications:Advance analytical skillsPower BI/Power QueryVBA/Macro experience
