A strong and customizable value offering and flexible deals has allowed RHEI to onboard some of the most prevalent music catalog holders today.About the role:We are looking for a full-time Music Sales Specialistbased in the United States who will utilize the resources we provide them and their relationships to sign top tier partners to RHEI as well as Made platform enterprise sales.As RHEI is a high growth company, you should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, high change environment. RHEI has a remote work model which offers the best work / life balance.Key Responsibilities:Signing top talent artists, independent labels and organizations through existing/established connections and prospecting.Sign new label accounts for RHEI’s music rights & content management solutions as well as the forthcoming MADE platform enterprise sales.Continuously look for new trends in music and rising/untapped markets to approach for as a new sales target and also provide that feedback to managementUtilize existing relationships and build new relationships with music IP holders and their teams to pitch other appropriate RHEI solutions when necessaryNegotiate terms and deal points with all prospective clientsCommunicate effectively and consistently with the RHEI team and with all leadsCollect and evaluate feedback from key accounts and, based on that feedback, provide strategic recommendations to the Head of Music on improvements to RHEI’s overall music industry focused solutions & value-ads.Respond quickly and effectively to existing and prospective clients and always represent RHEI with integrity and respect.Leverage AI tools like Gemini and music sales/A&R tools like Chartmetric and Rostr to find creative efficienciesOther duties, as assigned by management, from time to timeKey Requirements:+5 years of music sales experience. Prior experience within a music industry focused sales or A&R role considered an asset.Strong music industry connections with top management companies, record labels, managers and labels.Strong ability to prospect artist and labels, track follow-ups and stay on top of leadsVast knowledge of the music streaming industryStrong knowledge of social media platforms, music DSPs, and digital music marketing trendsAbility to take the initiative and drive excellent resultsMust be able to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of musical asset rights composition and of the elements that make up a fully recorded song or music videoAbility to take the initiative, drive excellent results, and scaleStrong passion for music, technology, and digital mediaPassion for AI and incoming technologies is a bonus
