Review and inspect projects during construction, monitoring contractor performance, contractual conformance, progress, quality, and alignment with cost and schedule expectations. Manage contract administration activities, including reviewing contractor submissions, evaluating change requests, supporting claims resolutions, tracking contract deliverables, and coordinating communication stakeholders. Support the project manager or lead engineer in preparing proposals, technical reports, scopes of work, and fee estimates, incorporating risk, schedule, and contract considerations. Assist project technical leads in managing project deliverables and schedule, ensuring that scope budget and contractual obligations are met. Work effectively in a flexible office environment, including in-office work, remote work-from-home settings and travel to project sites as needed. Your Capabilities and Credentials Working knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment commonly used in water/wastewater facilities (e.g., pumps, blowers, mixers, chemical feed systems, valves, and piping systems) Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams—including process, mechanical, civil, electrical, and I&C engineers—to contribute to integrated design solutions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and support adherence to budgets and schedules. Demonstrated engineering judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify design challenges and propose practical solutions. Clear grasp of engineering concepts and the ability to translate technical idea into drawings, specifications or written communication for both internal and external stakeholders.
